I can't help but think how much better Pokemon would have been if they did send more people onto the S.S.ANNE.
It wasn't packed, it felt like there were more trainers between Pewter and Mount Moon.
I always felt kind of disappointed with the ANNE.

Okay I have to speak up here. This entire time, the authorities just believe everything a ten year old kid with an attitude problem has to say with absolutely NO evidence whatsoever? he just shows up, "Oh yeah, my ten-year old friend is planning to BLOW UP A FUCKING CRUISE SHIP. yeah, I just know that." I mean, so what, she beat him in a pokemon battle? Battles are standard practice among trainers. Gary can't prove she took his wallet. Gary can't prove she was implicated in the robbery in Cerulean. The crime was committed BEFORE she arrived in town! Way before! There is no evidence linking Robin to ANY of these crimes! I mean I like this comic and all, I wouldn't still be reading if I didn't. But jesus, this plot contrivance is getting on my last nerve. Looking at you, Gary Motherfuckingdickhead Oak.

@MattBOrange: Just remember that by the time Robin arrived in Cerulean city, Gary already had official wanted posters of her, making it somewhat easier to convince the police, and considering he's the grandson of the famous Professor Oak, it probably wasn't too hard to convince the police in Viridian City that Robin had beat him up and stolen his wallet. As to what comes to that blowing the ship up, the police woman shouldn't probably have believed that just like that, but maybe what she saw Robin do in Cerulean city has clouded her judgement.
